Digo.Social
Privacy Policy
Data from Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
If you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account to publish your posts, Digo.Social receives from Meta, through the official Facebook login and the Graph API, only:
- the ID, name and profile picture of the Pages you choose to connect and of the Instagram professional account linked to each of them;
- your app-scoped Facebook user ID, used only to handle access removal and data deletion requests;
- an access token for each Page, stored encrypted;
- the statistics of the posts published with Digo.Social (views, reach, reactions, comments, saves, shares), shown in the Analytics section.
We use these data only to show you the connected accounts and to publish, when you ask or at the time you schedule, the posts you prepared in Digo.Social: the text and media of each post are sent to Meta only to publish it. We do not read messages, followers or other content of your Pages, we do not sell or share these data, and we do not use them for advertising, profiling or to train artificial intelligence models.
Permissions requested: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish.
How to delete them. Disconnect the account from the Connected channels page of Digo.Social: the connection and its token are deleted right away. If you remove Digo.Social from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations), Meta tells us and we stop using the connection; if you ask Meta to delete your data, we delete the connections and their tokens and give you a code to check it. You can also write to info@digo.social: we answer within 30 days.
